These Retreat Terms & Conditions apply to attendance at the Miraculous Transformations Retreat (“Event”), being held at
The Event is being hosted by Charee Smith, d.b.a. Charee Janelle, on behalf of Miraculous Enterprises, LLC, (“Providers”).
By registering yourself for the Event, you (“Participant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Retreat Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”). The Participant also confirms that she/he/they are of legal age to be bound by them. The Providers reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
In addition to these Terms & Conditions, the Participant agrees to sign a Waiver of Liability and Release for the Event, and understands that failure to do so will result in being denied admission to the Event.
1. Age Requirements: The Participant must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the Event.
2. Registration & Payment: A non-refundable deposit or payment in full is due at the time of registration. Completing the Event registration form does not automatically constitute admission to the Event. An Event liability waiver must also be signed by the Participant. If she/he/they do not, admission to the Event will not be granted, and if a deposit in full has been made, it will be refunded. If making a deposit, the Participant must remit the balance due by the April 15, 2023 or she/he/they will be considered in default of these Terms & Conditions. In this eventuality, the Providers will have the right to deny the Participant admission to the Event. The Providers reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to deny any Participant admission to the Event.
3. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation for the Event may be made by the Participant up to 14 business days prior to the Event. If the Participant has not canceled her/his/their attendance within the required amount of time without the express written consent of the Providers, the Participant will forfeit any and all payments made. If the Participant does cancels her/his/their attendance within the required time frame, the Providers will issue a full refund of any payments made.
4. Standard of Conduct at Event: The Participant is expected to be respectful and considerate of all persons attending or involved with the Event including other Participants, the Providers, the presenters, or Venue personnel. Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to: harassment; discrimination; lewd, provocative, or offensive behavior; committing any fraudulent or unlawful act; destruction or vandalizing of property; possession of weapons or illegal substances; failure to abide by the rules of the Venue or instructions of the Providers; interference with Event operations; or unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use of the Event Providers or presenters materials. In response to unacceptable behavior, the Providers may take whatever reasonable action they deem appropriate, including expulsion from the Event without issuing a refund and the possible involvement of law enforcement.
5. Event Rescheduling or Cancellation: The Providers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the Event at any time and for any valid reason, including but not limited to low Event registration, an act of nature such as extreme inclement weather, a pandemic, a natural disaster, Venue power failure, a state of emergency, or a stay-at-home order declared by the Pennsylvania Governor. If the Providers reschedule or cancel the Event, the Participant will be notified by email as soon as reasonably possible. If the Event is rescheduled, the Provider email will contain the new Event date if one has been secured. In this Eventuality, the Participant non-refundable deposit or payment in full for the original Event date will be transferred to the new Event date. A refund of the Participant deposit or payment in full will be issued if the Participant is not available for the new Event date. If the Event is canceled, a refund of the Participant deposit or payment in full will be issued. If the Event is rescheduled or canceled, all Terms & Conditions contained herein will still apply.
6. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania in all respects. They contain the entire understanding of the parties and supersede any prior verbal or written agreements.
