This somatic laboratory is designed to help you drop deep into your body’s innate wisdom. We will use sensory deprivation to heighten your internal awareness, combining the power of your breath & resonant frequencies of sound.
THE SONIC ALCHEMY:
To honor the depth of this alchemical work, I am partnering with a master of frequency Gong Facilitator, Michael Garden @sacredsoundenergy. He will be weaving live planetary gongs throughout breathwork and deep parts-work descent to clear out stored internal debris.
This journey culminates in a free-form Dance, allowing the energy you’ve cultivated to move through you. No dance experience is required—only a willingness to be moved by your own internal rhythm & divine spark.
